  1. Ooohhhhh…….I love stuff like this! If it has cheese, it’s for ME! LOL!! We just had something similar lastnight but we used smoked sausage. Will definitely have to try this with chicken.

    1. Oh, I bet this would be delish with smoked sausage! Thanks for giving me the idea, Jenni. Have a great week.

  2. I have done something similar in the oven for years, I’ll have to try the crockpot. However, I HIGHLY recommend the Reynolds Crock Pot Liners – they are to die for, lol! No more messy crock ever. And the price is really good, plus I’ve found coupons quite often, so generally about a quarter for one liner, although they usually come in a box of 4. I had some dollar off coupons and found bonus boxes of 6.

    1. With as often as I use my Crock Pot, I should invest in some Crock Pot liners. Thanks for the tip, Lisa!

  3. I love my Crack-Pot! That’s what I call it..
My daughter absolutely loved ‘potato tots’ and we’ve made something similar to this in the oven. Can’t wait to try it in the Crack-Pot now..

    1. Not a stupid question, Carrie. For this recipe, I usually use raw chicken since it is diced. All my other slow cooker recipes use frozen chicken, because that is usually what I have on hand.
