Toy Story Land Family Adventures

Thank you to Disney for providing 4 passes for my family to experience Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios. All opinions are completely my own.

Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will have you feeling like a kid again! From life-sized Cooties and Scrabble tiles to Buzz Lightyear (Do you use the Buzz Lightyear voice when you see him, too?) and the rest of Andy’s toys, you will find yourself immersed in Andy’s backyard. Toy Story Land is fun for the whole family with loads to do.

Slinky Dog Dash

Toy Story Land

We rode Slinky Dog Dash and it was a blast, the kids rode the Alien Swirling Saucers, but I have to say that the ride they just HAD to ride multiple times was the Toy Story Mania arcade game.

Tip: While you’re waiting in line for the Toy Story Mania Arcade keep an eye out for all the toys from your past. Including this ceiling.

There are lots of photo ops to keep you busy while you’re waiting like these bigger than life Crayola crayons and UNO cards.

It was breezy when we went, but still a bit hot. To alleviate some of the heat, Disney has added umbrellas throughout the walkway so that you can find some shade and take a break. Also, there is shade at some of the tables at Woody’s Lunchbox. Plus, you can sit at these awesome Babybel chairs with a note from Andy’s mom on the table while you enjoy an afternoon snack.

If you can get FastPasses you should! Wait times were about 45 minutes on the day we were there but our FastPasses got us through the lines quickly.

What to pack? We are a family of four and we took 8 water bottles (or refillable water bottles) and individual snack bags filled with cereal, carrots, strawberries, beef sticks, and granola. We still bought lunch and dinner, but we were able to split meals and save a bit of money.

On Keto? I am and I was able to find food that fit into my way of eating while still making sure everyone else ate what they wanted. In addition to the beef sticks, Babybel cheese, I also had a bacon cheeseburger at lunch and gave my husband the bun, as well as a grilled chicken salad for dinner and an iced black coffee with heavy cream.
