4-Minute Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
  • 4 ears of corn
Instructions
  1. Shuck the top layer of corn, but leave the rest.
  2. Cut ends off of cob using a serrated knife
  3. Place 4 ears on the microwave-safe plate
  4. Cook for 4 minutes
  5. Remove from microwave (they will be hot) and carefully remove the outer layers and silk from the corn cob
  6. Serve with butter
