4-Minute Corn on the Cob

Serves: 4 servings
- Shuck the top layer of corn, but leave the rest.
- Cut ends off of cob using a serrated knife
- Place 4 ears on the microwave-safe plate
- Cook for 4 minutes
- Remove from microwave (they will be hot) and carefully remove the outer layers and silk from the corn cob
- Serve with butter
