Oven Baked Pork Chops

Oven Baked Pork Chops

My family loves pork chops. I usually cook them in a Crock-Pot dish or bake them, I’ve even been known to pan-fry a few. This is a recipe I’ve made a few times and we all seem to like it. It only takes a few ingredients to prepare and then bakes in the oven.

Oven Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 1 medium onion, cut into chunks

Directions:

Spray the bottom of casserole dish with Olive Oil or Cooking Spray. Place pork chops on bottom of casserole dish, top with onions. In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup together. Pour cream of chicken mixture over pork chops and onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I use boneless pork chops and they take about an hour to cook through.

It only takes a few minutes to prepare and then put in the oven to cook, so it’s a super easy dinner. I served mine with green beans, mashed potatoes, side salad and croissants. Enjoy!
