Cars 3 Road To The Races Tour at Disney Springs March 23-26, 2017
The Cars 3 Road to the Races Tour is now open at Disney Springs! I had the opportunity to hang out, play some games, and watch a short film preview this morning before it opened to the public. This is a traveling tour preceding the release of Cars 3 in theaters on June 16th.
As die-hard Cars fans, my kids will be heading back down to Orlando this weekend so that they can enjoy the fun.
What can you expect to see and do? Plenty!
There are multiple booths set up with games for everyone, even a coloring wall that anyone can take advantage of. Pick your color, grab a marker, and color to your heart’s content at the Alamo Rent A Car art booth – then get a box of color pencils to take home with you.
Stop by the Coppertone racer pit and join the crew! Visitors can take part in a tire-changing activity and photo-sharing opportunity. This one looks like so much fun.
Don’t forget to stop by and grab a sample of the new Coppertone Whipped. It was so light!
Stop and sample the Pineapple Pit-Stop Smoothie inspired by Cruz Ramirez. Only a few ingredients and oh, so good!
Add a couple of cups DOLE pineapple, some DOLE baby spinach, aDOLE banana, a cup of almond milk, ground cinnamon, and ice in a blender and you’ve got a quick, tasty treat. I’m actually making these for my kids this weekend. Pick up a recipe card while you’re there and you’ll get the recipe for the Lightning Berry Smoothie, too.
The Crest and Oral-B sponsored booth has a spinning prize wheel with multiple prizes. I took a chance this morning and won a sheet of Cars 3 tattoos. Then, create a digital postcard with Lightning McQueen and get “Cars”-themed oral care products.
Cars 3 Sneak Peek
Here is your chance to see a sneak peek of Disney-Pixar’s Cars 3! Climb aboard this mobile movie theater and watch a few minutes of Cars 3 and learn about some of the stars of the movie. I’m not sure how, but this quick sneak peek had me tearing up, laughing, and wishing it was already June 16th!
