A few days ago I took the family to Chili’s for dinner. We’ve always loved the food selection at Chili’s and I was ready to try something different. When I looked at the new menu I saw a Pepper Guide so that I could actually pick my level of spiciness. How cool is that? They have a range of flavors and this let me read about the specific pepper flavors and the guide helped me choose which meal to select.
I chose the Roasted Red Pepper Grilled Chicken and wow! It was amazing. I love anything with roasted red peppers, but this was zesty cream sauce and covered with Monterey Jack cheese. This is definitely one of my favorite dishes. My husband went with the Smoky Chipotle chicken fajitas because it had the chipotle pesto sauce with the Monterey Jack cheese. He really liked the fact that it was topped with the crispy onion strings.
