Okay, truth be told, I am NOT a gamer. Unless it is Pac-Man, I probably don’t know how to play. With that information in your head, let me tell you that my four year old can kick butt with his video games. He plays his racing games on the Wii, using one of those steering wheels, while jumping up and down the entire time. So much fun to watch, but when he wants to race me I know I’m done for because I can’t even keep a car on the track, let alone win a race. It’s all good though, because now I think I can give him a run for his money with the new Disney PLANES video game!
5 Reasons to play the new Disney PLANES video game
1. It’s a plane, not a car. I can fly a plane easier than I can drive one of those race cars. Right? Plus, you cannot ever crash in the game, the action just keeps going forward and starting where you left off (if you “crashed”). So, if you are like me and can’t use the gaming steering wheel successfully, try this game.
2. There is a free flight mode where smaller kids (or adults like me) can just fly around and collect items. That would probably be the level I’d be most comfortable in because, like I said I’m no good at the video games.
3. The video game is independent of the film. So even if you didn’t see Disney PLANES, (you really should) you can still play this game and understand what’s going on.
4. It is set up for 1 or 2 players. Best part, if you are playing with a smaller child and they get stuck with something that they can’t finish, you can add two person play and help them then leave and it goes back to one person play. Changing from 1 to 2 person play and back again doesn’t affect the game.
5. Who doesn’t want to fly? This is an easy-to-play flying adventure game with our favorite Disney PLANES characters.
