What a whirlwind few days in California! I took the red-eye home on Sunday night and I’m exhausted but it was such a fantastic experience. Today, I want to share with you all of the excitement from the CARS 3 World Premiere Red Carpet Event. We all put on our red carpet outfits and walked over to the Anaheim Convention Center, where all the fun was happening. Think carnival atmosphere complete with stilt walkers and tattoo artists!
CARS 3 World Premiere
There was so much happening at the CARS 3 World Premiere Red Carpet that sometimes you didn’t know where to focus! So many stars, including Owen Wilson, Cristela Alonzo, Nathan Fillion, Larry the Cable Guy, Armie Hammer, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Lea DeLaria and Kerry Washington, plus executive producer John Lasseter, director Brian Fee, producer Kevin Reher and co-producer Andrea Warren, along with additional voice talent, filmmakers and special guests! Many brought their families along for the fun and excitement of the red carpet.
Even the life sized CARS 3 vehicles were on display for the actors to pose with, and people were lining up for green screen photos. This was even before we got into the screening! Just when you thought all the games were done, you entered the next room just to find there was more fun to be had. I even saw Marvel President, Kevin Feige when I was walking through to the screening.
Once in the screening, we had no access to our phones but I can tell you that I caught a few glimpses of big names like Catherine Bell, Alan Tudyk, and Alison Sweeney.

Cars 3 World Premiere After Party
After the movie, we walked across the street to take a tram to the after-party at Cars Land in Disney California Adventure Park. You should have seen the amount of people walking across the street! The police had traffic stopped because of the crazy amount of people. Some of the people we recongnized while entering Cars Land were Amy Brenneman, Jimmy Kimmel, and Tori Spelling.
Stop it! I cannot wait until you hear my Nathan Fillion story. Yes, I have a Nathan Fillion story and it has to do with a Sterling character diecast car. I’m actually writing a post on that right now and I’ll link to it right here as soon as it’s published!

There was live music playing all night to keep te crowd pumped! Such a great band and the music was awesome. Oh, and in the video below you’ll see Catherine Bell walk in front of me (in the white shirt) with her family. I just noticed that as I uploaded the video.
The after party was the perfect time to hop on a ride and we made sure to jump on the Radiator Springs Racers ride and here’s proof:
World of Color
The party guests had their own VIP spot for the World of Color nighttime show and I have to tell you that it was spectacular! We got a little wet, but the show was so well done (Disneyland style!) and the music was fantastic. Disney movie clip images were projected on the water and it made for a memorable ending for the epic CARS 3 World Premiere.
