I currently take it straight. it’s supposed to boost metabolism and enrich breast milk.

I’ve only used it for my cooking and have loved it, but it sounds like there are lots of different uses so I might just have to venture out and learn more.
I use it for cooking, moisturizing, as a balm for diaper rash/irritation, in my cloth wipes solution, etc….so many others I can’t think of at the moment!
