My kids have been looking forward to Disney Live! Mickey’s Music Festival and they were so excited that we finally got to go see the show today. We got there just as the lights were going down and the performance was starting.
One the stage were Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald. They were all dancing, singing and having fun. Lots of energy. Soon, Aladdin and the Genie were on the stage telling the story of how Aladdin met Princess Jasmine. The magic carpet even made an appearance, too. Mickey and Minnie made an appearance before Sebastian from The Little Mermaid came on stage and my daughter’s eyes lit up. She started dancing while Sebastian was singing with the mermaids and then Ariel came on stage my daughter was thrilled. She clapped and danced. It was so cute to watch. Ariel and Ursula sang while the eels danced around, then Ariel met her prince.
There was a 15 minute intermission, then Mickey, Minnie and the gang came back on stage before the Toy Story cast made their entrance. Woody, Buzz and Jessie joined Bullseye on stage dancing, singing and jumping rope (yes, a jump roping horse!).
The kids had a great time and from the looks of it, the arena was filled with kids having a blast. There was even an audience participation song, where we were encouraged to dance along, clap and stomp our feet. The show lasted 90 minutes, with the intermission halfway through. It was just the right amount of time for my little ones. I would encourage you to go see Disney Live! if they come to your town.

It sounds like you had fun.. enjoyed the video clip. I wish they would get Vancouver into their regular tour rotation. It’s a bit like Disney coming to us then.
