I’ll be honest. My husband and I enjoy late-night snacks. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that we are watching TV, we’re hungry or that it’s something we don’t have to “share” with the kids, but we enjoy the occasional late-night food fest. That being said, I’m not going to make anything that takes more than a couple of minutes to prepare. That’s just me.
I was asked to try Farm Rich products and give my honest opinion. I received my coupons in the mail and immediately sent my husband shopping to find some snacks. He came home with two large Farm Rich bags. One was their Mozzarella Bites and the other was the Mini Quesadillas.
Let’s start with the Mozarella Bites. My husband’s review, “Yumminess!” They are the perfect balance of stringy cheese and pizza dough. It really is hard to stop eating them once you start because they taste really good. They held up well with the microwave cooking, not too many “exploding” bites and not greasy.
Once we finished eating the plate of Mozarella Bites, we moved on to the Mini Quesadillas. I would say that the Quesadillas were good in the microwave, but I thought they might be even better in the oven. The next night baked the Mini Quesadillas in the oven and they tasted fantastic! They can also be cooked in the toaster oven.
Farm Rich also has Mini Pizza Slices made with authentic pizzaria-style crust and whole pepperoni slices. They are the perfect size for little fingers and easier to hold than a large slice of pizza.
The Philly Cheese Steaks from Farm Rich will be the next thing I buy. I can’t wait to try these because they look so yummy! Made with steak, grilled onions and creamy, white American cheese. I may even share these with my kids.
I was impressed with how many of each item came in the bags, sometimes buy something to eat, get it home and it’s more than half empty. Not the case here. I was also impressed with the quality of the Farm Rich snacks that I tried. If I could get my husband to share, I might be able to save some for the kids. The snacks and appetizers are made with authentic ingredients and I do recommend Farm Rich snacks and appetizers and I will buy them again.
