Now that Fall is completely upon us, how do we keep the kids healthy? Between the weather shifts and school germs, there’s only so much we can do. Eating healthy and getting lots of rest is what works for our family. But, when we do get sick we stick with natural products to promote health and healing. They seem to work best for our family.
I know that Halloween is tomorrow and the kids will be out trick or treating (or Trunk or Treating) and they’ll be loaded down with candy by the time we get home tomorrow night. One Halloween tip I can share is that I make sure we have a big dinner so that they aren’t tempted to try and eat all their candy while we’re walking around. What tips do you have for Halloween?
