While I was at the hospital today, getting ready to have my fourth kidney stone surgery in the last six months (third in the last three months) I was talking with my hubby about starting a juice fast. I think it may be doable.
I just need some recipes and some fresh fruits and veggies. Has anyone tried a juice fast before and, if so, what are your thoughts? Any suggestions?
