2. I am a big fan of P90X! I used it when I needed to get back into shape from having my 3rd baby. It’s a bit hard at first. But as soon as you get past the 2nd week, you get to where you can add more weight and reps. My husband even uses the ab ripper program on his soldiers at the end of their PT most days!
