Chromecast Audio is changing the way you listen to music! We can now play music on our speakers wirelessly from our phone, laptop, or tablet. What makes this unique? Chromecast Audio uses Wi-Fi instead of Bluetooth and we can stream crystal clear hi-res sound.
We have an older stereo system that doesn’t get used that often, but it has now been given new life with Chromecast Audio. I was able to connect the Chromcast Audio device to the stereo and with the touch of a button on my cell phone, I could play music. Personally, I use Google Play as my music app on the phone and it was fun to be able to be in one part of the house, press play, and then hear the music coming from one of the back rooms. I could control the music from the phone and the sound was clear as day.
Changing the way we listen to music.
I’m still able to take calls and text on my phone, without interrupting what’s playing or draining my battery. It’s easy to play, pause, or change the volume from wherever I am in the house without going to the stereo.
Why limit the way we listen to music? Stream millions of songs, radio stations, and podcasts through apps like Pandora, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Google Play Music. Using Chromecast Audio to stream over Wi-Fi has many advantages over Bluetooth including higher sound quality. The crystal clear sound is undeniable and my kids say it’s fun to dance to.
No more limits! We can play music everywhere with multi-room. How does it work? Fill every room in the house with music just by grouping Chromecast Audio devices together so that we can listen to the same song on multiple speakers. How cool is that? Party, anyone?
I have to say that the Chromecast Audio devices are so easy to use and the music is so clear that I don’t know that I’ll ever go back to listening to music without it. I can fill the house and clean to my favorite soundtracks.
