I’ve been using the Lily of the Desert Aloe 80 Shampoo for the past few weeks.
Lily of the Desert Aloe 80 Shampoo for Colored Hair
80% Aloe Guaranteed!
No Parabens, Artificial Colors or Fragrances
84% Certified Organic Aloe
The personalized blend of colored hair prevents fading by retaining vibrant shades for dyed hair. Made from natural, beneficial ingredients, the 80% or more aloe and Vitamins A&E will nourish your hair while Natural Henna revitalizes color-damaged hair and Sage Leaf extract soothes color-treated scalps. This shampoo is gentle enough for daily use.
I wasn’t sure how I would like this shampoo, since it is made with 80% aloe. I’ve never used a shampoo with so much aloe in it so I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve been using the Lily of the Desert Aloe 80 shampoo for the past few weeks and have found that my hair is softer and doesn’t have as many “fly aways.” That to me is a good thing! There is no fragrance to this shampoo, which is a plus for me because of my asthma. I also like the fact that there are no Parabens or artificial colors in the formula.
I would like to try the conditioner next and see how well they work together, but the shampoo has worked well with the conditioner I normally use. The consistency of the shampoo is thinner than what I am used to so I feel like I have to use more of it than usual, it doesn’t bother me though because I like the end result.
