NuNAAT Ultra Keratin Touch Smoothing Treatment
A few months ago I reviewed NuNAAT Brazilian Keratin products and I was impressed. I was asked to review the Ultra Keratin Touch Smoothing Treatment because my contact with NuNAAT thought that it would work with my hair type. I happily accepted.
You can see from my pictures above that my hair is naturally wavy and a little unruly. 😉 I opened the box of Ultra Keratin Touch Smoothing Treatment and found everything I needed to start the process to smoother hair.

Be sure to read all of the instructions for the Ultra Keratin Touch Smoothing Treatment before you get started. There are only three steps, but each step has sub-steps. I definitely wanted to make sure I did it right, so I read them a few times. 😉 Then, I roped my hubby into actually applying the product for me. It wasn’t much of a stretch because he is the one who colors my hair for me every couple of months.
The entire smoothing process took about an hour, with multiple washing and drying of my hair, then finally straight ironing. The very important step at the end is that you must wait 48 hours to wash hair again after you’ve completed the smoothing process. The hardest part was that I couldn’t put my hair behind my ears for those 48 hours. That’s a habit I have, but I was able to hold myself back and am happy to report I love the look of my hair.
The final result was straighter, smoother hair that was easier to style. Another plus that I hadn’t expected was that it didn’t take as long to dry my hair and run my hot iron through it.
NuNAAt Ultra Keratin Touch Smoothing Treatment lasts about 30 days. I waited until after the 30 days to write my review because I wanted see how long it would last. I am currently at about 5 weeks since I first used the smoothing treatment and I still love the results. I’m going to purchase another kit and do the process again because NuNaat suggests that you reapply the product every 30 days.
