It was a good day for shopping. I looked through the newspaper yesterday and looked at my dwindling stockpile to see what I needed. Check. This morning I got my coupons and my lists together and went to the stores on my list. Check. I did great!

Here’s my breakdown:


Walgreens Trip

Saved $11.10 in coupons and advertised savings.


Plus, I’m mailing in the rebate for $12.99 on the Neosporin, so I’m making money on this trip!

What I love about this deal is that I paid less for all of the items than I would have paid for just the box of Pull-Ups without any coupons.

I know this wasn’t a very healthy trip to Publix, but I needed a few quick fix items for the kids and I’ve really been wanting some B&J’s. You understand.

I know a lot of people put the pictures on the blogs, but only a few give you the breakdown.  I wanted to do that so that you know that it is possible to save when you buy anything. I would have had pictures, but my hubby was really quick when he put away everything! Next time, I promise.
