Club Smilebox Review

I recently created a birthday card for my Mother-in-Law using Smilebox. I uploaded my pictures from Facebook and my computer, chose the card I wanted and then dragged and dropped the pictures into the card. I added music to the card and emailed it to her. My Mother-in-Law called me when she received her card to tell me how beautiful it was and she wanted to know how much time I put into making it. I’m always honest with her, so I told her about 20 minutes and that included sending the email!

I loved how easy it was to make the photo card and that I could personalize it any way I wanted! When I started looking at the other products Smilebox offered, I found that in addition to cards, I can personalize scrapbooks, invitations, and even slideshows. I can even create a personalized letter from the Tooth Fairy!

I made this for my husband to remind him of this Father’s Day.

In addition to the free service, they offer Club Smilebox premium service ($39.99/year) which includes additional cards, invites and more options. It is so simple to use that I’ve become obsessed with creating something new every day! I’ve just started work on my scrapbook. I have piles of pictures from when my son was born and tons of pictures online so I want to put everything together before he turns 5. He’ll be 4 next month, so I have a year but with Smilebox I don’t think I’ll need that long!

Disclosure: I received a free one year subscription in exchange for my honest opinion of Club Smilebox. I received no monetary compensation for this post. All opinions are 100% my own and may differ from your own. Family, Love and Other Stuff is responsible for prize fulfillment.

  1. I don’t know if I have a great “tip”, other than I make sure I always have my camera with me so I don’t miss any cute moments with my kids! I have gotten some great pictures at completely random moments because of this!

  2. The best tip that I can offer is to use natural light whenever possible. The best pics are taken in natural light!
