GE Slate

GE’s New Slate Finish

Slate is the new black! I’m in love with GE’s new slate finish appliances. It’s a beautiful alternative to stainless steel. Both rich and elegant, the stone-inspired Slate finish blends perfectly with today’s materials and colors. These appliances would look gorgeous in my kitchen. Especially since the dark matte appearance naturally hides fingerprints, smudges and dirt! That’s awesome for those of us with little ones in the house.

Whether you have granite or wood, GE’s Slate finish blends well and appeals to everyone. I can definitely see the appeal and Slate has now moved up my kitchen wish list. I’m thinking that these slate appliances will look great with either tile or wood walls and I’m loving the sleek look.

I’ve got so many ideas in my head now of how to update the kitchen. Slate isn’t something I thought of before, but I think it’s so versatile. Definitely something to take a look at when I’m at Best Buy.
