Ground Beef Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

 

Quick and easy recipe for Ground Beef Philly Cheesesteak Sliders that will feed a crowd! Ready in just 30 minutes and you’re good to go for the game day or a fun dinner.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 LB Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Large Onion, chopped
  • 1 TBS Steak Seasoning
  • 1 Package Hawaiian Rolls (12 pack)
  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large pan with cooking spray, saute onions, add ground beef, cook until no longer pink. Add Worcestershire sauce and Steak seasoning. Stir.

 

 

Separate Hawaiian rolls and place the bottom half in the bottom of a baking pan, spread with ground beef mixture.

 

 

Top with provolone.

 

Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls on top of Provolone cheese. In a small saucepan, melt butter and add garlic. Once melted, pour over sliders.

 

 

Cover sliders with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy!
