I’ve gotten out of the routine of writing out our meals for the week so that I can be prepared. I’m thinking that writing a post will hold me accountable to planning instead of trying to decide at the last minute what we’re going to be eating for dinner.
My husband is in school and I’m trying to home school my toddlers so I’m going to be writing out this weekly meal plan. I hope this gives you some ideas of new meals you can make for your family.
Monday – Crock Pot Chicken and Dressing
Tuesday – Penne and Smoked Sausage (Hubby will be creating a recipe as he cooks it. If it is tasty, I’ll share the recipe.)
Wednesday – Leftovers Night
Thursday – Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Friday – Hubby’s Sloppy Joes and French Fries
Saturday – Breakfast for Dinner
Sunday – Stouffer’s Family Meal Chicken Enchiladas with a salad
I am going to start looking at the week ahead and see what I can prep. I want to be able to plan out the month and prep everything that I possibly can with as little effort as possible. Maybe make some extra meals and freeze them for later. I’m starting to become a little more organized, but it takes time.
I hope you find something in my meal plan that you will make for your family. Let me know how it turns out! Do you have a recipe I should try? Leave me the link and I’ll take a look. You may find it in next week’s meal plan. Have a great week everyone!
