4-Minute Corn on the Cob

The easiest, fastest way to cook corn on the cob! Juicy and sweet, cooked to perfection in only 4 minutes in the microwave.

Ingredients

4 ears of corn

Directions

  • Shuck the top layer of corn, but leave the rest.
  • Cut ends off of cob using a serrated knife
  • Place 4 ears on the microwave-safe plate
  • Cook for 4 minutes
  • Remove from microwave (they will be hot) and carefully remove the outer layers and silk from the corn cob
  • Serve with butter
