4-Minute Corn on the Cob
The easiest, fastest way to cook corn on the cob! Juicy and sweet, cooked to perfection in only 4 minutes in the microwave.
Ingredients
4 ears of corn
Directions
- Shuck the top layer of corn, but leave the rest.
- Cut ends off of cob using a serrated knife
- Place 4 ears on the microwave-safe plate
- Cook for 4 minutes
- Remove from microwave (they will be hot) and carefully remove the outer layers and silk from the corn cob
- Serve with butter

I love corn on the cob. I have never made it in the microwave before.
